- Rise earlier- Get up at least fifteen minutes earlier and give your day a head start. That way you are not rushing to get things done. Do some exercise, that will help the blood flow better taking oxygen to the brain.
- Eat a good breakfast- A good breakfast usually includes protein, carbohydrates and fats. Go easy on the fat because you get fat as well from protein. Avoid foods that a very high in sugar like doughnuts as these foods can cause your blood sugar level to drop leaving you to feel jittery.
- Do one task at a time- Set goals and prioritize, that way you can concentrate on the things that you need to do and not feel flustered because you don't know where to start.
- Supplement with Vitamins- A feeling of fatigue can come because people are not eating properly. if you are not eating properly or missing meals then supplement with a daily multivitamin and mineral supplement.

- Take Naps- if you can take a nap in between of your busy schedule, that will help you to recharge your body.
- Don't sleep too long- Over sleeping can actually cause you to become groggy all day. Try getting at least 6 to 8 sleep per night.
- Cut back on caffeine- caffeine is suppose to give you energy but too much of any one thing is not good. Drinking coffee will give you a boost in the morning as it tricks your body into believe you have the energy when you don't. Drinking too much will actually backfire.
