Cellulite is simply pockets of fat under the skin and once they set in they are basically hard to get rid of. People who have lots fatty tissues are more likely to get cellulite than persons who are not like that. However, they can be avoided. But if you are a person who has cellulite, take a look at these steps to help in getting rid or reducing the look of the cellulite.
- Reduce the weight gradually, hopefully this will help to reduce some of the cellulite as well. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables as well as drinking their juices. Exercise as well.
- Eat a healthy balanced diet overall. This will return your body chemistry to its normal state.
- Take steps to ease constipation. People who are constipated on a regular basis usually develop cellulite. Increase fiber intake. Practice good eating habits like chewing food slowly. Drink beverages at room temperature rather than cold, the coldness constricts the stomach and the esophagus which hinders the flow of digestive enzymes in the stomach.
- Give cellulite an escape route. Keep skin escape route open allow waste removal system to work properly. Drink a lot of water, at least six to eight glasses. Cut back on the salt intake as this adds to the cellulite problem.
- Cut back on coffee and cigarette, these constricts the blood vessels and make cellulite more prominent.
- Dry brush the skin with a soft bristle brush this will help to increase circulation in the cellulite prone areas.

If you are a woman this is probably an really good tip, but if you are a man you couldn´t care less.
