Lip Exfloliater

Okay I live in the Tropics but when it is winter season, my lips get very dry and chapped. Licking them only make it worse. Then I remembered I had Artistry Lip Polish. I use it every morning  and I discover that it keeps my lip smooth for  the rest of the day. My lipstick goes on smooth and stays like that! cool
